About Barford Park

Family run for a personal touch

We are a small family run business and aim to give you the full benefit of our small team. Becky Mouland will be responding to your enquiries. Either Becky or Minette will be happy to show you the barn any afternoon in the week, or at a weekend if it’s easier for you. Andy Gray runs our fabulous walled garden, where you can pick your own flowers to decorate the barn, from March until October. The flowers are stunning. Please do have a look at our flower gallery to see more details – you’ll also find us much cheaper than sourcing imported flowers.

We believe the Barn and parts of the farmyard were built in approximately 1680. Originally, the barn would have been thatched and used for housing animals and grain. One of the pictures in the gallery shows a threshing machine being used outside the barn – the picture was taken in 1886 and the Lime trees in the picture are of a similar size today! We believe some of the Lime trees are nearly 400 yrs old.
