Pick your own flowers
Trafalgar Flower Garden is a historic walled garden and the former kitchen garden to Trafalgar House. It’s nestled at the southerly end of the farm. From March to October we are open on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon for people to pick their own flowers. The season starts with our beautiful British tulips, daffodils, anenomes and peonies. In mid summer there are alliums, sweet peas, gypsophila, scabious, roses, delphiniums, zinnias, daylias, and the most stunning variation of sunflowers providing vibrant colour right through to the end of October.
Open from March 30th to October 30th
From April 2025 Trafalgar Walled Garden will be open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 noon until 4pm for people to pick their own flowers. We have a toilet with disabled access on site and plenty of picnic tables to relax – we welcome people to bring their own picnic and enjoy the garden.
Our pick your own flowers range from £6.00, £10.00 and £15.00 per bunch. We provide secateurs for you to use or do feel free to bring your own. We are dog friendly and welcome people who may be out walking to drop in and perhaps enjoy their sandwiches or a flask of coffee and spot of flower picking! Alternatively, give us a call and we can pick the flowers for you to collect.
If you have any queries about our cutting garden or would like to order some flowers then we would love to hear from you. Please get in touch for more information.
